# # Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in its original condition
In its original packaging with all seals intact (if applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Due to hygiene, health, and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any cosmetic, skincare, beauty, personal care, or wellness products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

We also do not accept returns due to:

Change of mind
No longer wanting or needing the product
Ordering the wrong item
Dissatisfaction with the color, scent, texture, or results
Personal sensitivities, allergies, or skin reactions

As every individual's skin type and sensitivity are different, we cannot guarantee that all products will be suitable for every customer. Customers are encouraged to review ingredient information carefully before purchasing.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Opened or used cosmetic, skincare, beauty, and personal care products
Products with broken safety seals
Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
Promotional or complimentary items
Any item returned in unsellable condition

## Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible unopened item and place a new order separately.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective product.

## Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
